Local, small, woman-owned manufacturing business weighing in! We've had Sam doing our windows monthly at our place of business since early last year. He has always been punctual, genuine, reliable, and most importantly friendly. (If I'm going to have someone inside my office to clean big plate-glass windows for 10 minutes while I work 8 feet directly behind him/her... and said person has to deal with a curious puppy's indiscrete sniffing and general lack of understanding of personal space, friendliness and non-awkwardness are must-haves.) We've been out of the office a couple times when Sam showed up for our monthly cleaning; both times he cleaned the outside of the windows, left his card, and never charged us a penny. We use our commercial space exclusively for our manufacturing operations; we don't have regular customer traffic here, and clean windows are really just for our own sakes and a sort of luxury. That said, Alpha Clean's rates are excellent, allowing us to indulge in monthly window cleanings. In short, Alpha Clean Sarasota is one of those rare no-nonsense service establishments with a capable owner/operator with a get-it-done attitude and affordability that makes you wonder why you didn't hire them sooner. And best of all, we no longer have years of dog nose drool on the windows!!!
